Why don’t mathematicians fill in surveys?

I just attempted to fill in an on-line survey.

Question 5 was a yes/no question, to which I answered “no”.

Question 6 said, “If you answered ‘yes’ to Question 5, …”, so I left it blank.

My answers were rejected.

I am ashamed to say that this survey was being done by my own department.
